Navigate to Settings / External Links to setup your external link.

Click New Link to create a new External Link.

Give the New link a Name and configure the link Settings to your preference.

Settings

You can require the onboarding to request documents from your client during the onboarding process. Select the Require Documents switch and add the documents that you want them to upload.

Email Template

When automatically sending the Onboarding email to the client, you can select the template you want the system to use.

Select the Email template, and customise the Subject and Text as required.

Once you have completed the setup, click Save to generate the External Link.

You can now click Copy on the row or click on the row to open and edit the External Link.

Using the External Link

When a customer accesses the External Link, they will be shown a page with your branding.

They will be required to enter their First name, Last name, Email and Mobile number.

Once entered, they can click the checkbox to confirm that their details may be used and click Submit.

Depending on the sending setting, the customer will either be emailed the onboarding email immediately, or your nominated staff member will receive a notification of a new draft onboarding waiting for them to action.
