Setting up and configuring OnboardMe

When logging into OnboardMe for the first time, the system will prompt you to complete the onboarding wizard.

This wizard is designed to get some basic information for your OnboardMe account.

Click Next to start the wizard.

The Details used to register for your account will be shown on the details page, complete all required fields before clicking next. 

When clicking next through the wizard, we will autosave your progress.

On the Address tab, search for your address using the search address box or enter it manually into the fields provided.

If you use the search, click on your address to fill in the fields, confirm all fields are correct and click Next.

Lastly, setup your branding by doing the following:

• Select a Primary and Seconday Color
• Select the logo alignment for Emails and System pages
• Upload a copy of your logo.
  • We suggest logos no larger than 150 pixels high.

Once Completed, click Finish.
