Engagement Services

With OnboardMe, you can customise the services that you provide to your customers, and to save time by setting them up for future work going forward.

In order to customise your services, start by clicking "Templates" on the main menu, then select "Services & Packages".

This will take you to the "Engagement Services & Packages" page.

There is a list of services prepopulated for you to use, however if you would like to amend some to suit your business, simply click on the one you would like to amend.

The "Edit Service" page will pop up, where you can amend the service type, the price of that service, the billing frequency, as well as the tax amount. You can also amend the description to suit you and your clients' needs.

If you would like to start over, you can click "Restore Original". 

If you would like to keep the original service that you amended, as well as the changes that you made to the new service, click "Save As" and enter your new service name, then click "Done". 

If you would like to save over the original template, just click "Save". 

If you would like to create a completely new service, simply click "New Service" on your "Engagement Services and Templates" page.

The "New Service" page will pop up, where you can enter a new Service Name and start adding your specific service details

Click "Save" once you have completed your new service.
