Engagement Packages

With OnboardMe, you can customise the engagement Packages that you send out to your customers, and to save time by setting them up for future work going forward.

In order to customise your engagement templates, start by clicking "Templates" on the main menu, then select "Services & Packages".

This will take you to the "Services & Packages" page.

Click the tab on the left called "Engagement Templates"

There is a list of templates prepopulated for you to use, however if you would like to amend some to suit your business, simply click on the one you would like to amend.

The "Edit Template" page will appear, where you can amend the services within that template.

You can mark the service as inactive, if you don't offer it within your business, or you can delete particular services by clicking on the trash can icon

If you would like to add a service to the template, click the block that says "Choose a Service to Add", and select from our prepopulated list, then click "Add to Template".

If you would like to add a service that is not on the list, or if you would like to amend a current service, please visit our help page for ________________________

If you would like to start over, you can click "Restore Original". 

If you would like to keep the original template that you amended, as well as the changes that you made to the new template, click "Save As" and enter your new template name, then click "Done". 

If you would like to save over the original template, just click "Save". 

If you would like to create a completely new template, simply click "New Template" on your "Engagement Services and Templates" page.

The "New Template" page will pop up, where you can enter a Template Name and start adding your required services

In order to add a service, simply click the block that states "Choose a Service to Add", and choose a service from our prepopulated list. If you would like to add a service that is not there, or if you would like to amend a current service, please visit our help page for ________________________

Click "Save" once you have completed your new template.
